The Industrial Reclaimer XL is built to tackle even the toughest prints and casting patterns, making it a must-have for any foundry or manufacturer looking to streamline their recycling process. Whether you're working with sand casting or investment casting patterns, this machine is designed to break them down and reclaim valuable material, turning waste into reusable thermoplastic that can go right back into production.

We offer two models to fit your specific needs. The first option, with a 8hp motor, grinds up to 250 pounds of material per hour—perfect for medium-sized operations. If you need more muscle, the second model features an 17hp motor, capable of grinding up to 400 pounds per hour, and comes with a larger cutting chamber to handle even bigger jobs.

By reclaiming materials that would otherwise go to waste, you're not only saving on material costs but also reducing your environmental footprint. Plus, once the material is shredded, it can easily be integrated into the rest of Filabot’s recycling system for extrusion and reuse.

Fast shipping, item is top notch. I've used Ohaus scales for years professionally and love them. This is not a kitchen scale. It's Legal For Trade and designed for accuracy beyond what would ever be needed in a casual setting. Also important... weighing best practice: You cannot use scales such as this in rooms with moving air (fan, ceiling fan, lots of nearby motion). The scale picks that up as weight. That's not an item defect.

Absolutely worth the cost

I love cheaper tools, but one thing to not skimp on is a disc cutter. The cheap ones don't cut cleanly, so you have to spend a lot of time finishing them to buff out marring, or just discard failed attempts because it won't cut cleanly. You also spend so long cutting your fingers up trying to push the die out of the cutter! But nice disc cutters like Pepe Tools- so worth it. I use it so much more than I thought I would, and it clamps down so it holds the metal tight and cuts effortlessly each time.Don't waste your time or money on the cheap ones, it's just not worth it. Get a quality Pepe cutter and you only have to buy it once! Totally worth it.

I highly recommend this item and also be sure you use their lubricant to keep your cutters in good shape.

Does a great job.Don't be put off if one or two of the dies need a little tweeking.Sometimes they don't fit perfectly, but all you to do is sand the insideof the hole, not the actual die.
